Thursday DIY: Fringe T-shirt/dress

Fringe crop tee, Nasty Gal, $68

Super EASY! just get a plain tee and measure how long you want the fringe to be, then cut the fringe streads.

the same for the dress, just get a x-large tee, and cut off the sleeves.
